Returns and refunds

At lifestylebegin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date. Beyond this period, we may not be able to accept your return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lifestylebegin@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

  3. Package and Ship: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include the RA number and any relevant documentation inside the package. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, excluding any shipping fees (if applicable).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
